As per the “Forest School” educational approach, all children are involved in activities according to their age group. Age groups are grouped as 8-10 and 11-14. Language groups are considered here also. Each group has a pedagogy-leader. Children participate and are guided in activities according to their age and language group.

The main goal of Forest School Azerbaijan’s 3-day Summer Camp is to provide a safe and supportive outdoor environment for children to learn, play, and connect with nature, fostering a love for nature and environmental stewardship.
Our Camp program includes:
Arrival and welcome activities: Upon arrival, campers will be greeted by the camp staff and given a brief tour of the campsite. They will then participate in welcome activities to get to know each other.
Camp orientation and safety briefing: Camp staff will provide campers with important safety information and an overview of camp rules and expectations.
Check-in and exploring the campsite: Campers will set up their living spaces and be given time to explore the campsite and get familiar with the surrounding area.
Introduction to team building and communication activities: Campers will participate in games and activities that promote team building, communication, and trust among group members.
Hiking: Campers will go on a hike in the nearby forest, learning about local flora and fauna.
Swimming and water activities in the pool: Campers will have the opportunity to cool off and enjoy the water with various water games.
Outdoor survival skills, including fire-building and shelter-making: Campers will learn basic survival skills and techniques for building shelters and starting fires in the wilderness.
Campfire storytelling and songs in the evening: In the evening, campers will gather around the campfire to share stories, songs, and jokes.
Closing ceremony and reflection activities: Campers will participate in a closing ceremony and reflective activities, sharing their thoughts and experiences from the week.
Campsite clean-up and packing: Campers will clean up their living spaces and pack their belongings.
Farewell lunch and departure: Campers will have a final lunch together before departing the campsite.
