Interns selected to participate in the internship program in various departments of Forest School Azerbaijan today completed a five-month internship program, which has been running since May this year. The internship program, which included 6 shortlisted potential candidates, provided participants with unique hands-on experience in areas such as Project Management and Management, Social Marketing and Content Development.
Interns were involved in various activities of the organization and, with the support of mentors, gained practical knowledge and skills. Besides Baku, interns from the regions also joined the program. During the internship, they participated in the process of organizing various master classes and trips both in Baku and Goygol and gained practical skills in working with tools related to managing Forest School Azerbaijan accounts on social networks, analyzing PR and marketing strategies, planning events and content creation.
This internship program promoted the importance of outdoor education and environmental protection through the professional development of interns’ talents in working with children, parents, and partners.
Reflective meeting was held at the end of the internship program, and certificates were awarded.
